Bu gizlilik politikası, Latif Alper Gaga ("biz", "geliştirici") tarafından geliştirilen Falso mobil uygulamasında ("uygulama") kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Falso, halısaha/futbol gruplarının maç organizasyonu, kadro, istatistik ve grup içi iletişimini tek yerden yönetmesini sağlar.
Kısaca: Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, reklam için kullanmıyoruz ve üçüncü taraf reklam ağlarıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Verileriniz yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için, güvenli altyapı (Google Firebase) üzerinde saklanır.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için ve siz sağladıkça aşağıdaki verileri toplarız:
Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi ve şifre (kimlik doğrulama için).
Maç ve performans verileri: maça katılım (RSVP), kadro/diziliş, gol, asist, MVP oyları, "günün eşeği" oyları, oyunculara verdiğiniz 6 kategorili puanlar.
Grup içeriği: grup sohbeti mesajları, duyurular, anket oyları, taktik tahtası çizimleri, kasa/aidat ödeme durumu ve (yönetici girerse) grup IBAN bilgisi.
Bildirim bilgisi: anlık bildirim (push) gönderebilmek için cihazınıza ait bildirim jetonu (token).
Hassas veri (sağlık, konum takibi, ödeme kartı vb.) toplamıyoruz. Kasa bölümündeki IBAN, yalnızca grup yöneticisinin isteğe bağlı olarak girdiği ve grup üyelerine gösterilen bir bilgidir; herhangi bir ödeme işlemi uygulama üzerinden yapılmaz.
2. Verileri Neden Kullanıyoruz
Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve güvenli giriş sağlamak.
Maçları organize etmek, kadro kurmak, istatistik ve performans göstermek.
Grup içi iletişim (sohbet, duyuru, anket) sağlamak.
Maç günü, yeni mesaj ve duyuru bildirimlerini göndermek (izin verirseniz).
Uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve teknik sorunları gidermek.
3. Verilerin Paylaşımı
Verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmayız. Verileriniz yalnızca şu durumlarda görünür/işlenir:
Grubunuzdaki diğer üyeler: Profiliniz, istatistikleriniz ve grup içeriğiniz doğal olarak aynı gruptaki üyelere görünür (uygulamanın temel işlevi budur).
Altyapı sağlayıcı (Google Firebase): Uygulama verileri Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) üzerinde saklanır ve işlenir. Google'ın gizlilik politikası: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Yasal zorunluluk: Yürürlükteki hukuk gereği talep edilmesi hâlinde.
4. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı veya verilerinizi silmek isterseniz gagalatifalper@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin; talebinizi makul bir sürede karşılarız. Grup yöneticileri de üyeleri gruptan çıkarabilir.
5. Güvenlik
Verileriniz, Google Firebase'in şifreli ve erişim kurallarıyla korunan altyapısında saklanır. Şifreniz Firebase Authentication tarafından güvenli biçimde yönetilir; geliştirici olarak biz şifrenizi göremeyiz. Yine de internet üzerinden hiçbir aktarımın %100 güvenli olmadığını hatırlatırız.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
Falso 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altından veri toplamayız. 13 yaş altı bir çocuğa ait veri topladığımızı fark edersek sileriz.
7. Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme veya işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklar için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in the Falso mobile application ("the app"), developed by Latif Alper Gaga ("we", "the developer"). Falso helps amateur football (futsal / "halısaha") groups manage match organization, lineups, statistics, and in-group communication from one place.
In short: We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third-party ad networks. Your data is stored solely to operate the app, on secure infrastructure (Google Firebase).
1. Data We Collect
Account: email address and password (for authentication).
Profile: name, nickname, position, and a profile photo you upload.
Match & performance data: RSVP, lineups, goals, assists, MVP votes, "player of shame" votes, and 6-category peer ratings you submit.
Group content: group chat messages, announcements, poll votes, tactic-board drawings, dues payment status, and an optional group IBAN entered by the admin.
Notifications: a device push token, used to send you notifications.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, location tracking, payment card data). The IBAN in the "dues" section is optional information entered by the group admin and shown to members; no payment is processed through the app.
2. How We Use Data
To create your account and provide secure sign-in.
To organize matches, build lineups, and show statistics and performance.
To enable in-group communication (chat, announcements, polls).
To send match-day, new-message, and announcement notifications (with your permission).
To improve the app and fix technical issues.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Your data is only visible/processed in these cases:
Other members of your group: Your profile, stats, and group content are naturally visible to members of the same group (this is the app's core function).
Infrastructure provider (Google Firebase): App data is stored and processed on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging). Google's privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Legal requirements: where required by applicable law.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account or data, email gagalatifalper@gmail.com; we will honor your request within a reasonable time. Group admins may also remove members.
5. Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase's encrypted infrastructure protected by access rules. Your password is securely managed by Firebase Authentication and is not visible to us. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Falso is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
